Yes but never have better sts than Light This is not a problem if u want play with robe or with heavy or with light on you Saggi . 

That's just nonsense that invented the world over time because if you go on the official is no restriction on any armor.

For each class has a skill for armor to be used

look dagger dont need p atc / atc speed and he need p def, with have is op bcs have big p def
i think good is to fix it not for me for the server all daggers is op with heavy armor
